Battlestar Galactica (2003-9) Complete Blu-Ray 1080p HEVC 10 Bit ...

My Blu-Ray rips are always taken DIRECTLY from the actual blu-rays, not re-encodings of an earlier h264 torrent, and not "filled in" with web downloads. HEVC is a superb machine, but it should be given quality raw materials.  To mark the tenth anniversary of the conclusion of the series, I have created a torrent of the entire Battlestar Galactica (2003-2009) series. Included are: * The 2003 miniseries, in two parts * Seasons 1-4 * Razor * The Plan, released in 2010 * Blood and Chrome * Webisodes * Deleted Scenes and some extra ones * Some features So here is my h265 (HEVC) 10 bit LE high quality 1080p rip of BSG, Battlestar Galactica, taken directly from my blu-ray box set. Unless stated, all video is full HD 1920 x 1080p with 5.1 AAC sound; the deleted scenes and some webisodes are in  NTSC DVD resolution, 720 x 480p with stereo sound; these have been de-interlaced. I also included The Plan and Blood and Chrome, both released after the series finale in March 2009. Normally I prefer a slow two pass encode, but unfortunately many of the darker scenes are quite grainy (the miniseries is the worst), and x265 tends to allocate too little bandwidth for darker scenes. I therefore used a constant rate factor for most of the encoding. For each video I chose a CRF factor suitable for the material. Enjoy, and please, please, continue to seed after you have downloaded.
